Iran Press/ Europe: "All participants reaffirmed their commitment to further efforts to promptly ensure the full restoration of the nuclear deal, as well as the determination to continue intensive interaction to settle the issues that have remained unresolved since the previous round of talks. They also emphasized their willingness to arrive at a result as soon as possible," the statement reads.
Russian Foreign Ministry also said that the parties mostly believed that the talks had begun in a positive and constructive way, which was quite encouraging.
According to the Russian Foreign Ministry's statement, the meeting's participants agreed to relaunch two expert working groups on sanctions and nuclear issues.

All parties in Vienna agree to focus on sanctions' removal
After the first meeting of the seventh round of Vienna talks on Monday, November 29, Iran's top negotiator, Ali Baqeri Kani, told reporters that all parties agreed that the focus of the talks should be lifting of sanctions imposed on Iran after the US unilateral withdrawal from the landmark 2015 nuclear deal, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
"Participants agreed that a special working group should start its work on Tuesday to discuss the removal of illegal sanctions imposed on Iran," the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister stressed.
Iran rejects new nuclear agreement at Vienna talks
Tehran won't undertake obligations beyond what is specified in the JCPOA and is not willing to consider a new nuclear agreement during the current talks in Vienna, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said on Tuesday in Tehran.

"The issues such as step-by-step talks or new agreements have no place on the agenda of the negotiations ... What's happening in Vienna is focused on lifting the sanctions," the Iranian diplomat added.
On Monday, Austria's capital hosted the first meeting of the 7th round of Vienna talks known as the JCPOA Joint Commission comprising Iran and Russia, the UK, Germany, China, and France since June after a delay created because of Iran's presidential election.
The start of the working group on the lifting of sanctions is scheduled to meet on Tuesday.
Everyone in the world knows who broke the deal
Meanwhile, in Tehran on Monday night, Iranian President, Ebrahim Raisi in a timely phone conversation, called his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron to lead the talks to conclude with the cooperation of other countries in Vienna and stress the removal of the sanctions.

And everyone in the world knows who broke the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), and they should return to their commitments, he noted.
"The present condition is the result of US and Europeans' lack of commitments to the JCPOA commitments ... everyone in the world knows who broke the deal and who should return to their obligations, President Raisi told Macron.
