Tehran (IP) - Iran's Parliament Speaker stresses the in-time solving of the country's challenges saying that if the time expires, the solution will be of no use.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking on the occasion of Research Weak in Iran, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said: "Today, we have to admit that we have failed to solve problem in some issues, and sometimes we have the power to solve a problem, but we don't solve it in time, and a problem that is not solved in time loses its value."

Ghalibaf highlighted innovative brave managers as today's necessity of the country and said that Iran needed brave managers who were strong and trustworthy. 

"Everyone, especially those who are in charge of a supervisory position, should encourage managers in making decisions," he stressed.

He defined innovation as the ability to snatch all of the opportunities mingled with risk: "Transformation in organizations is one of the opportunities that is followed by risk, and here we need brave creative forces, and the governance system must support this courage so that we can have transformation and innovation."
