Iran Press/ Iran News: Ali Larijani, in a message on Friday on the occasion of Nowruz, the Persian New Year and the first day of spring, congratulated the Persian New Year.
He referred to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei's remarks, that has named the Persian New Year, 1399, as the year of ‘Production Leap', expressing hope that the efforts of the Iranian people in the path of economic growth and development of the country would result in the success of the Islamic Republic.
Iranians all over the world celebrated Nowruz, the advent of the new Persian year, 1399, and a traditional festival that marks the beginning of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, on Friday, March 20.
