Tehran (IP) - In a press briefing, the head of Pardis Technology Park (PTP) highlighted the importance of the upcoming International Technology Olympiad event, emphasizing that the development and progress in emerging technologies is a serious priority program for the vice president of Science.

Iran PressIran news: The International Technology Olympiad, scheduled from November 1st to 7th this year at Pardis Technology Park, will feature competitions in five fields of advanced and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, cyber security, programming, robotics, and drones.

Elite students from Iran and around the world will participate in the event.

The PTP head stressed that moving towards the development of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, cognitive sciences, connectivity, information and communication, digital economy, and other technology fields can be a special opportunity for Iran to progress and be placed among the top countries in these fields.

Despite the country's potential capacity, holding the International Technology Olympiad events is considered one of the tools to develop technology and the knowledge-based economy.

It not only generates high motivation and enthusiasm among students to progress in the path of technology but also helps in the flourishing of innovative capacities and talents.
