Also, Jamshid Taghizadeh, Iran's deputy minister of sports and youth, said that the results of the Iranian teams at the Tokyo Paralympics showed that they could become champions in Asia.
The first group of the Iranian sports squad sent to the Tokyo Paralympic Games returned to Tehran on Wednesday.
The Iranian squad is ranked 12th in Tokyo Paralympic Games with 8 gold, 7 silver, and 1 bronze medal.
The 2020 Tokyo Paralympics started on August 24 will last until September 5.
