Pakistan (IP) - Iran's Foreign Minister received the Commander of Pakistan's Army, discussing issues of mutual interest.

Iran PressIran news: Heading a delegation, the Commander of the Pakistani Army, Lt. Gen. Asim Munir, arrived in Tehran on Saturday for a two-day visit and met with the Iranian FM Hossein Amir-Abdollahian. 

Lt. Gen. Munir met yesterday with the Commander of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami. 

The promotion of intelligence, educational, military and security cooperation, as well as dealing with border insecurity, were the issues discussed by the two commanders.
