Mashhad (IP) - A ceremony to honour and praise outstanding Afghan women coinciding with the auspicious birth anniversary of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (peace be upon her) was held on Thursday evening at Razavi Islamic University in the city of Mashhad, in northeastern Iran.
