IRGC's Deputy Chief of Operations:

Tehran (IP) - The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Deputy Chief of Operations said that due to the classification and secrecy of the organization's equipment, only part of the IRGC's achievements had been unveiled.

Iran PressIran news: In an interview with Iran Press News Agency on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the exhibition of self-sufficiency and the accession of check and defuse equipment of IRGC, General Abbas Nilforoushan said: "Different robots have been unveiled in this exhibition, each of which has various functions in fields, namely material detection, diving, firefighting, etc. As reconnaissance robots, they are part of the IRGC's ability to fight against terrorism."

Nilforoushan added: "Of course, some of the IRGC's achievements, which are secret, will be unveiled on the battlefields." 

General Nilforoshan went on to say: "In order to strengthen the IRGC's capability, it was necessary to achieve self-sufficiency in other areas, such as the semi-hard area and the fight against terrorism."

Nilforoshan stressed: "Today, the enemy has come to the conclusion that it does not have the patience to resist and confront the IRGC in a difficult area, but it is looking for an opportunity to carry out anti-security actions against Iran."
