Iran Press/Iran News: Referring to the illegal US sanctions against Iran, Seyyed Abbas Mousavi wrote on his Twitter account on Thursday that "it is you who face a choice: either admit defeat & start respecting the Iranian Nation or further keep being hated, humiliating & isolating yourselves."
Earlier on Wednesday, Brian Hook had claimed that because of US sanctions "because of our pressure, Iranian leaders have come to a decision: either negotiate with us or manage the economic collapse."
After unilateral withdraw from Iran Nuclear Agreement, the US government launched its maximum pressure campaign against Iran in 2018.
The US actions faced international and domestic criticism.
