Tehran (IP) - The spokesman for Iran's Atomic Energy Organization(AEOI) said the necessary decisions have been made to rebuild the damaged hall of Natanz nuclear facility with more advanced equipment.

Iran PressIran News: Behrouz Kamalvandi referred to Natanz's incident and said assessments were done about the level of damages and the ways to reconstruct the damaged building and equipment.

"We first learned that fortunately there were no casualties, but the damage was significant," Kamalvandi said.

He noted that the security authorities are informed of the cause of the incident, yet there is no decision yet to disclose it.

The equipment in the hall included measuring equipment and precision instruments, some of which were destroyed and others damaged, but due to the type of equipment, even if the incident was smaller, it could no longer be used.
