Iran Press/ Iran news: During his visit to the final stages of construction, 'Dena destroyer', equipping and 'Saba Minehunter' in Bandar Abbas, Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Amir Hatami stated: "The Persian Gulf states are responsible for providing security in the region, and allowing the United States to enter the region is a strategic mistake."
"Nearly a century of experience indicates that foreigners have always been the root of insecurity and crisis in the Persian Gulf under the pretext of security," he said, adding: "They are trying to spend billions of dollars in weapons and protect their bases in the region by creating Iranophobia and crisis in the Persian Gulf region and then creating security dependence for the countries of the Persian Gulf."
Brigadier General Amir Hatami further stated that the strong presence of the Iranian Navy is a reliable support for the fight against terrorism at the seas.
'Dena Destroyer' and 'Saba Minehunter' are designed by the Marine Industries Organization of Iran's Ministry of Defense and are in the final stages of construction. 221/207
