Iran Press/America: Michael Moore twitted that he appealed asking the Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran not to respond to Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani assassination with violence and let him and "millions of Americans fix this peacefully".
I have just sent the Ayatollah of Iran a personal appeal asking him not to respond to our assassination of his top General with the violence of any kind, but rather let me & millions of Americans fix this peacefully.
Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, Abu Mehdi al-Muhandis, the deputy chief of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization (al-Hashed al-Sha'abi), along with a number of other military figures were martyred by direct order of US president President Donald Trump in the early hours of Friday morning (January 3, 2020).
After the assassination of Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, a major escalation occurred between the two nations, and Iran vowed to take "severe revenge".
Writing on Twitter, Trump accused Iran of "talking very boldly about targeting certain USA assets".
He said the US had identified 52 Iranian sites, some "at a very high level & important to Iran & the Iranian culture", and warned they would be "HIT VERY FAST AND HARD" if Tehran stuck in the US.
Recent tweets of the US president to threat Iran to target its cultural sites have met with massive and harsh criticism inside the US and in Iran as well.
Morgan J Freeman American Filmmaker and activist in a tweet said that "Donald Trump is NOT MY PRESIDENT".
Freeman's reaction is one of the millions of worldwide reaction to condemning US President hostilities toward Iran.
