Iran Press/ Iran news: Major General Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Iran, said in a TV program broadcast on Sunday: "In the IRGC drill, the attack on one of the main targets in case the enemy dares to attack Iran, was planned."
The simulation showed that with a large number of simultaneous firings from different directions, the Israeli regime's so-called Iron Dome could be ineffective and Iran's missiles can destroy targets.
The Great Prophet 17 drill was conducted along the southern coastlines of the country on December 19 and lasted until December 24. It involved various Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) forces, including the Army, Navy and Aerospace.
The exercise simulated an attack against some targets on Israeli soil.
