Lebanese citizens bid farewell to Al Mayadeen's correspondent, Farah Omar, who was martyred in Israeli aggression on south Lebanon.

Iran PressWest Asia: Nearly hundreds of Lebanese dressed in black on Wednesday evening and mourned the martyrdom of Al Mayadeen's correspondent.

The funeral was held with the participation of people holding Palestinian flags in their hands.

In the commemoration of the martyrdom of Farah Omar, people chanted and paid tribute.

Correspondent Farah Omar and cameraman Rabih Maamari worked for the TV station Al Mayadeen, which is based in Beirut.

They were martyred by an Israeli airstrike in southern Lebanon.
