Iran Press/ Iran news: Major General Yahya Rahim-Safavi said in a speech in Qom: "For 30 years, the US has worked to form a unipolar hegemony in the world, but it failed."
Rahim-Safavi also spoke about the failure of America and NATO and added: "The power is slowly moving from the West to the East, and its components are the economy, culture, and new technologies."
"The development of Iran's all-around relations with Russia, China, and India can create a new perspective of the formation of a multipolar world," he added.
