Iran Press/ Iran News: According to the official website of the office of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei's message reads: "The coincidence of the funeral of these travelers who have returned home, coinciding with the martyrdom anniversary of Taahirah, (meaning the pure one, the nickname of Hazrat Fatima (PBUH), is the herald of good news and the great deal of happiness and blessings that will be brought to Iran by them."
The glorious funeral processions of the bodies of 250 anonymous martyrs of the Holy Defense were held today (Thursday) on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Hazrat Zahra (PBUH) throughout Islamic Iran and were attended by millions.
In the capital Tehran, scores of people attended the funeral processions of 150 anonymous martyrs of the Holy Defense (Iran-Iraq war) held on Thursday in front of the University of Tehran in the presence of the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
