Tehran(IP)- The spokesperson of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that despite arbitrary interpretations arising from the universalist tendencies of some parties, according to international regulations, there are no restrictions regarding the scientific and practical activities of the country in the field of aerospace research.

Iran PressIran News: Nasser Kanaani, condemned the interventionist statement of the three European countries, Britain, France and Germany, regarding the launch of Iran- made- search satellite Soraya, and stated: "Achieving scientific and research progress, including in the space field, is the undisputable and legitimate right of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and such interventionist statements, which indicate the self-centered attitudes of the mentioned countries towards the Iran's progress, will not create a gap in the determination and will of the Iranian nation for continuous progress in the field of science and technology."

He added: "Despite some arbitrary interpretations arising from the unilateralist tendencies of some parties, according to international regulations, there are no restrictions regarding the scientific and practical activities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the aerospace research, and accordingly and on this basis, our country considers the imposition of such unconventional approaches void and absolutely rejects them."

The spokesperson of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affair further stated: "According to international standards and regulations, and in line with the realization of its rights, especially the right to development and progress, the Islamic Republic of Iran considers the use of peaceful technologies in the path of scientific research development to be assumed and reserved for itself, and in this way, it is waiting for the opinions of some countries that they are not trying to impose their opinions and unilateral actions on others."
