Iran Press/ Europe: Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna said: "Although some important issues still remain in the JCPOA talks and therefore the outcome is difficult to predict, the parties are determined to achieve a result.
Ulyanov told RIA Novosti on Friday that a new round of the JCPOA talks would begin in Vienna next week.
"Predicting and speculating about the negotiation process will be difficult and in vain," Ulyanov said.
He noted: "It is important that there is the will and determination to reach a conclusion and complete the negotiation process, and we must wait to see how long this will take.
