Iran Press/ Middle East: Israeli fighter jets struck Hamas sites in Gaza in response to rocket firing towards Israel on Friday evening, an Israeli army spokesman said in a social media post early on Saturday, Al-Jazeera said.
The Israeli regime hit Resistance positions in Deir al-Balah, the center of Gaza, and Khan Younis, south of the Gaza strip. The fighters also pounded a farm in Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza.
There were no immediate reports of casualties in the attack.
Resistance forces fired 10 rockets to the Israeli-occupied territories on Friday night in response to the regime's shooting dead a Palestinian youth.
