Iranian FM Hossein Amir-Abdollahian(R) And Irish FM Simon Coveney

Tehran (IP): In a message to the Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, the Irish Foreign Minister congratulated him on his appointment, calling for continued cooperation between the two countries.

Iran PressIran news: In a message, Simon Coveney referred to Ireland's role as a facilitator of UN Security Council Resolution 2231 on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), noting that there had been constructive talks with Iranian officials in this regard. 

Referring to the long-standing relations between the two countries and the recent visit of the two countries foreign ministers to each other's capitals, he called for the continuation of cooperation and talks between the two sides.
