Iran Press/ Middle East: During the phone call held on Thursday, the two sides discussed the regional developments and issues of mutual interest.
The two foreign ministers also exchanged views about consular cooperation between Tehran and Stockholm and underscored the need for further expanding bilateral relations.
Hossein Amir-Abdollahian held the telephone conversation while he is now in the United Arab Emirates on the last leg of his regional tour started on June 20.
He started the tour from Doha, Qatar. Then, he left for Oman, Kuwait and the UAE.
