Iran Press/Iran news: Abbas Ali Kadkhodaei in his press conference on Saturday 15th June in Tehran, remarked that as far as Donald Trump's foreign policies are concerned, even many US politicians don't accept Trump's policies.
Kadkhodaie added: "Trumps political rivals inside America, such as Hillary Rodham Clinton in her new book, 'What Happened', have revealed many embarrassing and scandalous facts about Donald Trump and his presidency," Iran Press reported.
He said rhetorically: "His standing is so low among both US politicians and the American public, needless to say his international standing is also very low."
The spokesman for the Guardian Council emphasized that the Iranian people and government will resist US pressure and will staunchly defend their lawful rights. The US cannot succeed.
Commenting on domestic issues and legislation Kadkhodaie said: "We received some proposed legislation which did not contravene in any way the constitution of the country, such as: article of maximum using of internal production abilities and country services, article of supporting national legislation to promote Iranian-manufactured goods and making maximum use of Iranian products, legislation authorising joint investments between Iran and Luxembourg and legislation on soil conservation."
He added: "Some proposed legislation needs careful examination since aspects of it may be ambiguous or possibly contravene Iran's constitution, these include legislation giving citizenship rights to those who have been born from an Iranian mother and a foreign father, legislation on tension management, legislation on conservation, preservation and refurbishment of cultural and historic buildings, legislation to implementation article 44 of the constitution, and new legislation determining the activities of political groups and political parties." 101/211
