Kaveh Ahmadi, Director-General of the Ministerial Area of Sports and Youth Affairs, and Mohammadreza Mazloumi, President of the Iran's Blind and Partially Blind Sports Federation, were present at a ceremony held for welcoming the athletes upon their arrival in Tehran.
