Iran news: In an interview with Iran Press in Tehran on Saturday morning, at a festival held at the Society for Mental Development of Children and Youth, Iran's minister of Education, Seyyed Mohammad Bathaei stressed the need to constantly upgrade the educational technology and learning aides in schools, because of the rapid changes and developments in this area.
Iran's minister of Education added: "our schools are equipped with educational technology and learning aides, but due to rapid advancement and changes in this area of technology, we need to constantly update our schools.
On Oct. 01, Iran's Minister of Education said, our educational system must be transformed to skill-based system.

Seyyed Mohammad Bathaei noted: "updating this technology is on our agenda, and Iran's government and the Ministry of Education are following it up. Step by step, this updating will happen in particular in the realm of computer technology, and we are making positive use of internet and cyber-space, and we are moving forward, advancing rapidly."
Commenting further, Iran's minister of Education said: "fortunately, we have prepared a very good foundation under the name of SinaRubik. This foundation is part of our educational technology assistance, supplying the educational needs of our students, helping them in the learning process."
Also, on May 29, Iran's education minister, Seyyed Mohammad Bathaaie, stressed that use of advanced electronic, networking, and telecommunications technology is very important for schools and education.
