Iran Press/ Iran news: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian made the remarks in a meeting with visiting spokesman for Yemen's Ansarullah Movement, Muhammed Abdul-Salam.
He offered Iran's support for the beginning and extension of the ceasefire in Yemen and described it as a prelude to establishing lasting peace.
He hoped that the humanitarian case of Yemen would be opened with the complete lifting of the blockade.
Meanwhile, Abdul-Salam appreciated Iran’s support to the people of Yemen and informed the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the latest developments in Yemen.
Criticizing the incomplete implementation of the ceasefire and the other part’s bad faith, he considered the fulfillment of the humanitarian issues of the Yemeni people to be necessary for promoting peace in Yemen.
