Iran Press/ Iran News: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian is scheduled to meet with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
The foreign ministers are supposed to exchange views on current international issues, including Iran's nuclear agreement known as the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action), Syria, Afghanistan, the South Caucasus, and the Caspian Sea, among other issues.
Earlier, the Spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nasser Kanani said that Iran and Russia can play a decisive role in balancing the global energy market.
