Iran Press/ Iran news: Brigadier General Hossein Dehghan, Advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran on Defense Affairs, regarding some of the alleged reports in the Western media about US President Donald Trump's decision to take military action against Iran said: "a limited and tactical conflict can turn into a full-blown war and certainly the United States, the region and the world will not be able to withstand such a large-scale crisis."
Brigadier General Dehghan said that the United States intends to set conditions for negotiations with Iran, adding: "The Islamic Republic of Iran will negotiate with anyone under any circumstances about its military power."
The advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution on Defense Affairs regarding the International Atomic Energy Agency's inspections of Iran's nuclear facilities stressed that these inspections could continue as long as the inspectors are not agents engaged in espionage.
Regarding the recent agreements of some Arab countries in the Persian Gulf with the Zionist regime, Dehghan said: "Increasing Israel's presence in West Asia could lead to a strategic mistake."
The Advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran on Defense Affairs further emphasized that Iran demands the expulsion of all US forces from the region in retaliation for the assassination of Lieutenant General Ghassem Soleimani, the martyred commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. 219
