Iran Press/Iran news: In response to a question about the recent remarks of Muhammad bin Salman the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia regarding the relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia and the region, Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said: "With constructive views and a dialogue-based approach, these two important countries in the region and the Islamic world can enter a new era of interaction and cooperation to achieve peace, stability and regional development by overcoming differences."
Khatibzadeh added: "The Islamic Republic of Iran, by presenting proposals and plans for dialogue and cooperation in the Persian Gulf region, including the Hormoz Peace Movement (Hope Initiative), is a pioneer in the path of regional cooperation and welcomes the change in Saudi Arabia's approach."
In the end, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran expressed his hope that the holy month of Ramadan, the month of divine mercy and forgiveness, will be the beginning of the convergence of the Islamic society and the elimination of war, displacement and insecurity in the region.
