Iran Press/ Iran News: Balkhab district has recently been the scene of clashes between Taliban and some Hazara commanders. Last week, many Afghans left their homes after Taliban attacked the district.
Most of residents in Balkhab are Shia and Hazara.
Iran had also sent humanitarian aid to quake-stricken regions in Khost and Paktika provinces.
