Tehran (IP) - Returning from a two-day visit to Qatar, President Raisi said on Tuesday night that Iran's trade mission will soon be established in Doha.

Iran PressIran news: Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi told reporters that steps would be taken immediately to remove trade, economic, and investment barriers between Iran and Qatar.

He stressed that the establishment of an Iranian trade mission in Qatar must be done quickly.

"The ministers of industry of Iran and Qatar are supposed to take the necessary measures to remove customs, business, trade, and economic barriers and investment barriers between the two countries," Raisi added.

He stated, "Qatari business leaders are very eager and ready for economic, commercial, and investment in Iran."

In addition to the signing of 14 cooperation documents with Qatar, an energy memorandum was signed between Iran and Venezuela.
