In a tweet, while referring to his meeting and conversation with the officials of Nicaragua, Venezuela and Cuba, Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that economic terrorism has become ineffective in independent countries.

Iran PressIran News: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, in this tweet said : "In Nicaragua, Venezuela and Cuba, at meetings with high officials, the solidarity of the independent and strategic countries of West Asia, Latin America was emphasized."

Iran's top diplomat added: "Economic terrorism and instrumental use of human rights, with the aim of putting social pressure on the people in independent countries, have become ineffective."

Amir Abdollahian stated: "Unilateralism has reached a dead end."

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian left Tehran on 31 January for Nouakchott, the capital of Mauritania, and then traveled to Nicaragua on 1 February.

Regarding his trip to Latin America, Amir-Abdollahian left for Venezuela on 3 February and then arrived in Havana, the capital of Cuba, on 4 February.

The Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein, who arrived in Cuba on Saturday, left Havana for Tehran on Sunday night.
