Iran Press/ Iran News: A blast occurred in the western part of the Afghan capital on Friday, where at least 32 people were killed, and 40 others were injured.
The terrorist explosion occurred during an exam at an educational center.
In a telephone conversation with the Taliban's Minister of Health Ghalandar Ebad on Friday, Iran's Hassan Kazemi Qomi announced the Islamic Republic of Iran's full preparedness to help the victims of the terrorist attack.
Kazemi Qomi condemned the terrorist incident and expressed his condolences over the martyrdom of a group of Afghan researchers, saying that the injured could be transferred to the Iranian hospitals for treatment.
In the past months, Afghanistan has witnessed terrorist explosions in different areas of the country, including in Kabul and in Mazar-e-Sharif and Kunduz mosques, which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of hundreds of people.
The ISIS terrorist group has claimed the responsibility for most of the attacks.
Last Friday, four people were killed, and a number of others were wounded in a blast near a mosque in Akbar Khan district.
The occurrence of terrorist explosions in different regions of Afghanistan indicates that the Taliban government has failed to maintain the security of Kabul and other parts of Afghanistan, despite its claims.
