Iran's women's basketball team secured their place in the second round of the cup after winning against Malaysia and Mongolia but lost to Indonesia.
They qualified as the second team in Group A and were set to face Kazakhstan.
The Iran women's basketball team had an impressive first half, winning the first and second quarters with scores of 20-12 and 7-8, respectively. They ended the half with a score of 26-19.
The Iranian women's basketball team advanced to the semi-finals of the Women's Asia Cup 2023 Division B for the first time after winning the second half with a score of 54-41.
Iran's opponent in the upcoming final will be Jordan, with the match scheduled for tomorrow, Friday.
Eight teams are participating in the cup hosted by Thailand, with the winning team advancing to the A level.
