Tehran(IP)-The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, referring to the opening Pishin-Mand joint border market and power transmission line, announced that more joint border projects are on the agenda between the country and Pakistan.

Iran PressIran news: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian twitted on Thursday evening about the inauguration of the border between Iran and Pakistan, saying: "Pishin-Mand joint border market&power transmission line inaugurated by Prime Minister Sharif and President Raisi&other senior officials."

Iran's top diplomat stressed that further development of Sistan-Baluchestan and neighboring areas in Pakistan benefit both nations.

" More joint border projects remain on agenda", concluded he.

The "Pishin-Mand" border bazaar on the Iran-Pakistan border was opened on Thursday with the presence of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

The opening of the border market is in line with the policies of the Iranian government and increasing exchanges with neighboring countries, and the market is the first joint retail market out of six border markets being built on the border between Iran and Pakistan.
