Iran Press/ Iran News: Bahram Einullahi said: "The establishment of mobile health care units and the creation of cold insulation tunnels in a bid to prevent Arbaeen pilgrims from heat stroke is a necessary measure, the implementation of which in this year's global Arbaeen ceremony can contribute to the comfort and well-being of pilgrims."
He further added: "Iran is ready to exchange professors and students in medical sciences with Iraq and can share its experiences and achievements in the field of medical technologies with Iraqi specialists."
Referring to the establishment of "Subtain" University at the expense of the Iraqi government and Iran's scientific and educational support for this university, Einullahi added: "These sorts of cooperation will be accelerated and expanded with the help of popular forces, especially the Iraqi Popular Mobilization."
Falih Al-Fayyadh, head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Organization, also said in the meeting: "Two types of service are needed in the Arbaeen procession; service in the field of maintaining security and service in the field of ensuring the health of pilgrims."
He added: "Providing health services to the large population of pilgrims in mobile units is a difficult task and requires planning months ahead."
