India (IP) – Iranian ambassador to India and the Indian deputy minister of commerce met and discussed developing economic, trade, and technological relations.

Iran PressAsia: In the meeting with the Indian Deputy Minister of Commerce Subramaniam jaishnkar, Ali Chegini stated that the two economies of Iran and India are complementary, not rivals.

He noted that if all capacities are used, there is a possibility of multiplying trade relations.

The Indian deputy minister of commerce also announced his country's readiness to develop relations with Iran and welcomed the consideration of all opportunities for cooperation and identifying capacities to improve the level of cultural, economic, trade, scientific, and technological relations between the two countries.
