Iran Press/ Iran news: Ebrahim Raisi said: "Based on the basic principles of its foreign policy, Islamic Republic opposes any dominance and submission and supports the right to self-determination of all nations." The President said: "The Islamic Republic, while understanding the security concerns (of Russia) over decades of NATO expansion, emphasizes the preservation of the territorial integrity and national sovereignty of all countries."
"We firmly believe that diplomacy and sincere adherence to international obligations by all parties is the only lasting and just way out of the current situation," he noted.
Raisi added that the protection of the lives and property of citizens and civilians and the observance of international and humanitarian rights must be considered by all sides.
