Tehran(IP): The Secretary General of the International Interpol Organization, referring to cruel Kerman terrorist attack said that The International Criminal Police Organization, is ready to cooperate with the Islamic Republic to bring perpetrators to justice.

Iran PressEurope: In an official message, the Secretary General of Interpol (International Criminal Police Organization), Jürgen Stock, extended his condolences to Brigadier General Ahmadreza Radan, the chief commander of Law Enforcement Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Expressing the sympathies of the international organization Interpol with the Iranian police and the families of all the victims of this incident, Jürgen Stock assured Radan that this ready for cooperation and comprehensive support in international police cooperation.

In his message, the Interpol chief expressed sympathy with the Iranian Police and the families of the victims and condemned the cruel attack which led to killing and injuring many innocent people.Twin suicide attacks occurred in Kerman on January 3, 2024, killing some 91 people and wounding 284 others.

A day later, the terrorist group Daesh (ISIS) claimed responsibility for the attacks that targeted people who were on their way to visit the grave of Martyr Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani four years after he was assassinated in a US drone strike in the Iraqi capital Baghdad. The same day, Iranian Ministry of Intelligence issued a statement in which it announced that perpetrators and supporters of the Kerman suicide attacks have been identified and arrested. 219
