Iran Press/ Europe: The World Quds Day rally will be held in London on Sunday.
In the days leading up to the World Quds Day rally in London, several demonstrations were held in front of the Israeli embassy, and supporters of Palestine condemned the crimes of the Israeli regime.
Now London is ready to hold a different Al-Quds Day, and the voice of the supporters of Palestine in Britain has become louder.
Jewish rabbi Jacob (Yaakov) Weiss, in an interview with IranPress correspondent, said, "We support the rights of Palestinians and we consider it our duty as a Jew."
Emphasizing that Zionism is a political thought, the rabbi added, contrary to what most people think, Zionists are not Jews.
"Basically jews are anti-Zionism, because they consider it political and colonial thinking for occupation," Weiss stated, adding, "Jewish religion is a divine religion that supports peace and justice, and like other divine religions, it respects all human beings."
A British citizen also told Iran Press, a very extreme and right-wing group is ruling Israel and their goal is not only to destroy the Palestinians, if they do not stand up against Israel, the group will also destroy other ethnic groups living in Palestine.
He emphasized that support for Palestine is increasing in Britain, but the British government supports Israel and its army.
The British woman who supports the Palestinian people also said that the Western governments, especially the UK, are silent about Israel's crimes, which increases the moral responsibility of these governments.
