The company is the only producer of heavy gearboxes and its parts for all types of vans, trucks, tractors, minibusses and buses in Iran.
The products of this company are 4 to 16-speed heavy gearboxes. The company is also active in producing light gearboxes, including S5-42 and S5-24 trucks, Nissan 4-speed gasoline vans, Nissan 5-speed gasoline vans and 5-speed diesel vans.
Currently, Charkheshgar Co. is a manufacturer and supplier of mechanical and hydraulic shoulder gear steering boxes for passenger cars and is also developing new generation electric steering wheels. This industrial company also supplies the complete hydraulic steering system for heavy vehicles.
CEO of the company Ali-Akbar Omrani-Orsi, in an interview with Iran Press' reporter in Tabriz, stated: "The company produces all kinds of gearboxes and steering systems for heavy and semi-heavy vehicles, which due to the increase in production in Iran Khodro Diesel and Zamiyad, the production of Charkheshgar has doubled compared to the last two years.
He stated that knowledge-based companies play an essential role in the production of the Charkheshgar Co., adding that by increasing the production of the company in 1401 (Iranian year), the outflow of 4 million euros of foreign currency would be prevented, which would be carried out with the indigenization of products.
He noted that the company is a forerunner in gearbox manufacturing in Iran. He also announced that in cooperation with knowledge-based companies, the production of 22-30 16-speed gearbox, which was previously imported, would be operational in the second half of the Iranian year.
