Iran Press/ Iran news: The Director-General of the foundation on Tuesday talked about Imam Reza (AS) International Festival 2022 and said that the event was to generate media content about Imam Reza (AS), in cooperation with the country's Cinema Organization.
Mahmoud Barazesh further referred to the nationwide activities of the foundation and said the initiatives, poetry festivals, for instance, also are developed according to the cultural characteristics to boost the local artistic-cultural programs of any province.
Preparing books was also another activity of the foundation, in cooperation with the Iranian National Library and Central Library of Astan Quds Razavi, he mentioned and reported that 1,500 to 2,000 books have been so far prepared.
Imam Reza (AS) International Festival is held annually by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Iran both at the national and international levels; it is held on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam Ali Reza (AS) and for the birth anniversary of her his sister Hazrat Masoomeh (AS) during the Ten Days of Keramat Celebration (from the first till the eleventh of Dhu al-Qidah).
This festival is of significant importance since every year, intellectuals, scientists, artists, and in a word, creators of fine Razavi artistic works create fine and invaluable pieces of art to expand Razavi culture, lifestyle, and knowledge.
