Iran Press/Middle East: Al-Khalil, one of the holy cities to the Abrahamic religions with a history of 6000 years, is the largest city in the southern West Bank.
Ibrahimi Mosque or the shrine of prophet Abraham (PBUH) is located in al-Khalil (also known as Hebron), is similar to Al-Aqsa Mosque, with 7-meter-length stone walls. The mosque is a series of graves of prophet Ibrahim (prophet Abraham) and his wife Sarah, prophet Isaac, prophet Jacob, and their wives.
According to some traditions, Adam and Eve, Joseph, Shem, and Noah were also buried there. 101/211/218
