Iran Press/ Iran news: Brigadier General Bahram Kargar, the head of the Foundation for Preserving the Works and Propagating the Values of the Holy Defense, said at the ceremony which was held on Wednesday morning in Tehran: "Everyone in the country is looking for a glorious book, and we must keep in mind that any book may be needed by a particular ethnic group or group, even if only one period is published, and in other words, quality is much more important than quantity in this regard.
In this ceremony, the message of Major General Mohammad Bagheri was read by the head of the Literature and Defense Organization of the Islamic Revolution, Abbas Bayrami.
At the ceremony, Yaser Ahmadvand, Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, said: "The need to address those who are eager to read these works has received little attention, and we need an organized group for readers of the works of sacred defense."
Referring to recent works in sacred defense, he called the quality level of these works excellent and valuable.
Out of 2594 book titles, 35 selected works received awards during this period.
