The Islamic Resistance of Lebanon announced that it targeted the Israeli command headquarters located in the Beit Hillel barracks with Falaq-2 missiles.

Iran Press/West Asia: The Islamic resistance of Lebanon also targeted the building used by the military intelligence of the Zionist regime in the occupied town of Miskaf, which resulted in the death and wounding of a number of Zionists.

The Lebanese resistance movement announced the operation in a statement on Saturday, identifying the projectile in question as Falaq (Dawn)-2.

The operation, it added, “targeted the headquarters of the Sahel battalion in the Beit Hillel Barracks,” which is located in the northern part of the occupied Palestinian territories.

Following the onset of the war on Gaza, the Israeli regime began conducting sporadic attacks against Lebanon, which sparked a firefight with Hezbollah.

Completing its statement, Hezbollah said, “This is the first time that Hezbollah has used Falaq-2 missiles over the course of Al-Aqsa Storm.”

“Like the Falaq-1 missile, Falaq-2 operates on solid fuel and has highly destructive capability,” the movement added.

“While Falaq-1 is 240-mm in caliber, 1.25 meters in length, and uses a 50-kilogram warhead, Falaq-2 is faster and more destructive, with its 333-mm caliber, 1.82 meter length, and 117-kilogram warhead,” it noted.

Since October 7 and the Israeli regime's all-out war on Gaza, more than 36,650 Palestinians have been killed and over 83,300 others have been wounded, during the regime's occupation of Palestine for more than 75 years. 219
