Tehran (IP)- Ali Bahadri Jahormi Iranian government spokesman said the Zionist regime has once again shown that when it is facing with internal crisis, it commits terrorist acts outside the border, which can be pursued legally and diplomatically, and will not go unanswered. 

Iran PressIran news: Speaking at his weekly press conference on Tuesday, the spokesperson of the government pointed to the Israeli attacks on Syria once again and said: The Zionist regime has once again shown that when it is facing with internal crisis, it commits terrorist acts outside the border, which can be pursued legally and diplomatically, and will not go unanswered. 

he added: During the New Year holidays, good news was published about the defeat of the United States against the power and legal reasoning of the Islamic Republic of Iran. 

He said: The International Court of Justice's ruling against the United States was a historic failure for the United States, which was addicted to violating international regulations and laws, and ICJ clearly recognized the legitimacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the numerous violations of legal principles by the United States and he has emphasized the damages and the necessity of compensation from the US.

Jahormi further added: "This is really a historical victory and a kind of international recognition of Iran's rightestness in cases of the US hostilities."

Raisi welcomes Saudi king invitation

Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi has accepted an invitation from Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz to visit the neighboring country, Saudi Arabia.

The Government Spokesman in his remarks also stated that the Iranian President welcomed the invitation of the Saudi king to pay a visit to Riyadh without mentioning that the date and time are not exact.

Ali Bahadori-Jahromi in his press brief and in response to Iran Press said: "Being invited to Saudi Arabia, Ebrahim Raisi has also invited Salman bin Abdul Aziz to visit Tehran."

He further noted: "One of the main Raisi administration policies is enhancing and strengthening ties with neighbors, since taking the office."

He highlighted that Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and his Saudi counterpart Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud are determined to meet in the coming days and will discuss various issues.

He stressed that earlier the two foreign ministers have held talks three times.

On March 19, 2023, the two countries agreed to resume relations in an agreement mediated by China.
