Iran Press/ Iran News: German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock allegedly accused the Islamic Republic of threatening protesters with the death sentence at the special meeting of the UN Human Rights Council against Iran.
According to Iran press, Kazem Gharibabadi, Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and Secretary of the I.R of Iran's High Council for Human Rights, in response to the holding of a special meeting of the Human Rights Council against Iran and the statements of the German Foreign Minister. In this meeting, they released a series of tweets, saying: The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the German regime made a deceptive statement in the Human Rights Council.
Gharibabadi added: "Germany is the very country that equipped Saddam’s regime with chemical weapons, thereby killing over 13,000 Iranian citizens and injuring 100,000, including women and children in Kurdish city of Sardasht."
Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs stated: "German regime, which still violates the human rights of Iranians through inhumane unilateral sanctions and its dark record as an accomplice in the assassination of Gen. Soleimani, should end its deceptive and forgery policy in the field of human rights."
Secretary of the I.R of Iran's High Council for Human Rights added: "While the rights of Iranians have widely been violated by the US, UK, Germany and France due to the imposition of UCMs and provision of support to, and hosting of terrorists who assassinated 17000 innocent Iranians, holding a special session on Iran, is deceptive and fraudulent."
