Iran Press/Iran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press in Tehran on Friday, on the sideline of Quds Day rallies and marches, former Defence Minister Ahmad Vahidi said: "Deal of Century is a nonsense and useless plan designed by those who have always betrayed the Palestinian people and the Palestinian cause."
Elaborating further Vahidi said: "Saudi-Arabia and Emirates always proved their dishonesty and betraying Palestinians' ideals and today the chants and mottos show how disloyal the Zionist regime of Israel is."
Ahmad Vahidi added: "Islamic Republic of Iran's military and defense forces are fortunately in a high level of readiness and we can say Iran has real deterrance power, and we are fully ready to stop our enemies, and there is no worry in that respect.
Regarding the "Deal of Century" Vahidi said it is absolutely clear that Saudi Arabia and UAE have betrayed the Palestinian cause right from the very beginning, and this is clear to all and everyone is aware of that.
The chancellor of the Supreme National Defense University added: "The Zionist regime of Israel does not respect any boundaries, or international laws, and there is no solution other than collapse and disappearance of this evil regime.211/213
