Iran Press/ Iran News: Saeed Khatibzadeh, reacting on Wednesday to the declaration issued by the Bahrain Interior Ministry, rejected claims by Manama officials that they had arrested a gang with links to groups in Iran.
“Such hollow and baseless claims by Bahraini officials simultaneously with Manama Conference, which was turned into a tribune against Iran, shows Bahrain’s lack of comprehension about the regional issues,” reiterated the foreign ministry spokesman.
Khatibzadeh added that Bahrain has preferred its relations with the illegitimate Zionist regime to have good ties with its own people and resists yielding to their righteous civil demands.
