Iran Press/Iran News: After lawyers and jurisprudents from Iran's Guardian Council attended the open session of the Parliament on Tuesday 7th January, the spokesman of the council announced that an amendment was made in the form of a bill against the US' measure to declare the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps a terrorist organization.
The bill was approved by the Guardian Council, Abbasali Kadkhodai said, expressing hope on further measures to be taken.
Lawmakers in parliament (Majlis) then stood up in support and chanted anti-US slogans.
Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani was assassinated along with several senior members of Iraq's Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) on Friday Morning 3 January at Baghdad International airport. 104/211/219
