Tehran (IP) - The Iranian Minister of Finance says that due decisions will be taken about the huge tax arrears in the near future.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking on the sidelines of the cabinet session on Wednesday, Ehsan Khandouzi said that he sent a request to the head of the Judiciary to speed up the fate of tax arrears in the country on Tuesday. 

Khandouzi told reporters that the tax remained unpaid worth 470,000 billion tomans, has been delayed for a long time. 

Next Saturday, the financial statements of 207 state-owned companies, which are mostly affiliated with Iranian banks, will be released for the first time.

He expressed hope that the number of statements reaches 1,000 until the next week.
